RestXl: your restaurant's data, straight into Excel
An add-in for Microsoft Excel. It pulls reports from your own iiko server and supplier deliveries from DocsInBox into ready-made tables and native PivotTables with slicers — and builds supplier order templates and kitchen order sheets.
What it does
iiko reports
Recipes (with breakdown to raw goods), incoming invoices, write-offs, stock counts, sales and purchases for any period.
Native PivotTables
Real Excel PivotTables with slicers, collapsed groups, colour levels, heat maps and data bars in totals. Months stay real dates you can group.
Supplier orders
From your DocsInBox deliveries: one sheet per supplier with their items and last prices, a clickable menu with order totals, and order files by week.
Send in one go
Opens a ready email in Outlook with the order attached, or your web mail, Telegram or WhatsApp — with delivery address, time and contact filled in.
Kitchen & bar sheets
Named order sheets (kitchen, bar, pastry…) by iiko categories on one printable page — staff write the quantities.
Clean formatting
No gridlines, fitted columns, frozen headers, totals above the header, sums without kopecks — ready to print or send.
Private by design
RestXl runs inside your Excel. Requests to your iiko server and to DocsInBox go directly from your computer with your own accounts; reports, orders and files are built locally and saved to your folder. Your business data never passes through our servers. Our server only checks your RestXl subscription. Details — in the privacy policy.
Requirements
- Microsoft Excel 2016 or newer on Windows or Mac, Microsoft 365, or Excel on the web.
- An iiko user with API access to your iiko server (HTTPS).
- For supplier orders — a DocsInBox account (dxbx.ru).
