Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the software and services of givemebanana.com, operated by Kniazev Anton IE (“we”, “us”), including the TABAll browser extension and TABAll Pro subscription (the “Service”). By installing or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

TABAll is a browser extension that detects the song playing in your browser and opens matching tablature on Songsterr. The free version opens and searches tabs. TABAll Pro adds YouTube lessons and videos, and creating new AI tabs through your own Songsterr account.

TABAll is an unofficial product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of Songsterr, YouTube, Spotify or any other music service. Creating AI tabs requires your own active Songsterr Plus subscription, which TABAll Pro does not include.

2. Subscription, trial and payment

• TABAll Pro costs $1.99 per month (taxes may be added depending on your country) and renews automatically every month until cancelled.
• A 3-day free trial is available once per browser install. It needs no payment details and does not convert into a paid subscription by itself.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• Promo codes may reduce the price of the first or of every payment as stated when the code is applied.
• One subscription can be used on up to 3 devices (browser installs). You can unlink a device in TABAll's settings.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in TABAll → Pro → Manage subscription, from the link in your Paddle receipt, or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro features stay available until then. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to circumvent the subscription checks, resell or share access beyond the device limit, or use the Service to break the terms of Songsterr, YouTube or other third-party services. AI tabs you create are subject to Songsterr's own terms.

5. Third-party services

The Service works with third-party websites (Songsterr, YouTube and music services) that we do not control. Their availability, content and features may change at any time, which may affect TABAll. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

7. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms. If a change materially affects paid subscribers, we will notify you in the extension or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
