RestXl Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data is processed when you use RestXl, the Microsoft Excel add-in made by givemebanana.com, operated by Kniazev Anton IE (“we”, “us”). Short version: your restaurant data stays between your Excel, your iiko server and DocsInBox. It never reaches our servers. We never sell data.
Data that stays on your computer
- Reports, documents, orders and PivotTables built from your iiko and DocsInBox data — created inside your Excel and saved to your workbook or to the folder you choose.
- Requests to your iiko server and to DocsInBox (dxbx.ru) are sent directly from your Excel with your own accounts. We do not receive them.
- Your iiko server address and login, and — only if you tick “Remember” — a SHA-1 hash of the password that iiko itself accepts for sign-in, stored in Excel's local browser storage on your computer. Your DocsInBox password is not stored; DocsInBox keeps you signed in with its own cookie.
- Your settings, supplier contacts (email, phone) and order details (address, delivery time, contact person) — stored locally in Excel's browser storage.
Data our server processes
- Licence identifier — a random identifier created by RestXl, used to check your subscription and trial status.
- Subscription data from Paddle — subscription and customer IDs, status and billing dates.
- Email — only if you restore a purchase: we send a one-time code to the email you paid with. Codes expire after 15 minutes.
- Technical logs — IP address and request time when Excel loads the add-in from givemebanana.com or checks the subscription, kept for up to 30 days for security and rate limiting.
Sending orders
When you send an order, RestXl opens your email program, web mail, Telegram or WhatsApp with the message prepared. The message is sent by that service under your account — not by us — and is subject to its own privacy policy.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Card and billing details are collected by Paddle and never reach us. See Paddle's privacy policy.
Third parties
RestXl runs inside Microsoft Excel; Microsoft's privacy statement applies to Excel itself. Your iiko server and DocsInBox are operated by their providers under their own policies. RestXl is not affiliated with iiko, DocsInBox or Microsoft.
What we don't do
No ads, no analytics trackers, no selling or sharing of personal data, no copies of your reports or orders on our side.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or delete your data at support@givemebanana.com. Removing the add-in and clearing Excel's add-in cache deletes its local data. Data needed for tax and accounting is kept as long as the law requires.

Данные ресторана (отчёты, накладные, заказы) остаются в вашем Excel: запросы к iiko и DocsInBox идут напрямую с вашего компьютера. Наш сервер видит только идентификатор лицензии и статус подписки (Paddle), а при восстановлении покупки — почту. Пароль DocsInBox не хранится; пароль iiko — только хешем на вашем компьютере, если включено «Запомнить».
