RestXl Terms of Use

These terms (the end user licence agreement) govern your use of RestXl, the Microsoft Excel add-in of givemebanana.com, operated by Kniazev Anton IE (“we”, “us”), and of the RestXl subscription (the “Service”). By installing or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

RestXl loads data from your iiko server and from DocsInBox into Microsoft Excel as tables and PivotTables, builds supplier order templates, order files and kitchen order sheets, and prepares messages to your suppliers. You need your own iiko and DocsInBox accounts; their availability and limits (for example, iiko API licences) are set by their providers.

RestXl is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of iiko, DocsInBox or Microsoft.

2. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use RestXl for your business while your subscription or trial is active. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or circumvent the subscription checks, except as allowed by law.

3. Subscription and payment

• The subscription price and billing period are shown at checkout; taxes may be added depending on your country. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Within 14 days of a payment you can ask for a refund of the unused days, the same way as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Your data and your responsibility

Your data stays in your Excel and your accounts (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for the orders you send, for checking quantities and prices before sending, and for keeping your iiko and DocsInBox credentials safe.

5. Third-party services

RestXl works with services we do not control — iiko, DocsInBox, Microsoft Excel, email and messengers. Their changes may affect RestXl; we are not responsible for them.

6. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

7. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms. If a change materially affects paying subscribers, we will tell you in the add-in or by email before it takes effect.
